I'm terrified of:

elevators (I got lost in one as a child, wrong floor and all)
clowns (because of "It") I don't care for dolls or Chucky either.
bugs (they send me screaming like a lil girl )
being alone in the dark (I start getting panic'd and it goes downhill from there)
deep water (almost drowned a few times, can't swim well, I really panic if I get water in my face, including in the shower)

I'm also OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) so I'm sure that only intensifies some of my fears.
