Do you have an item that is "special" or it's your "favorite" so you don't use it but just on those rare & special moments ...but those times that you do break the item out of it's vault is almost never, so that "favorite" item is almost never used or worn....I thought about this over the week end when I had to think about a pair of jeans that where my favorite pair, but I had to decide if the occasion was special enough to break them out....then I thought, "This is b.s. , I'm gonna wear them til they fall off, so I did...I've seen people do this w/ dishes perfume & a coat also....I say use them til there's no more use to them that's what there for....
