Stacy, if you are reading this I hope you dont feel that way either. This is only 3 dissatisfied customers and they dont even seem to be angry, just confused and worried about what is going on. I believe all it would take is for Stacy to contact them in private and to show them that she is doing her best to work things out and then I am sure each one of them would be more than happy to post that all is taken care of and it would be done with. Nothing else would need to be said. I dont know Sylvan or Stacy personally but I know they built a good reputation over years of hard work and dedication and a love for the breed. This thread isnt going to destroy that.
