i just saw this KKC on a website that sold puppies in CA, it seems this person was having puppies shipped from Korea to stock her puppy mill. im sure they are great papers if you reside in Korea but i dont think they mean anything here in the states, and the person that sold them in CA was asking crazy prices for the pups and the KKC papers which sounds like a scam of sorts to me.
