i just saw this KKC on a website that sold puppies in CA, it seems this person was having puppies shipped from Korea to stock her puppy mill. im sure they are great papers if you reside in Korea but i dont think they mean anything here in the states, and the person that sold them in CA was asking crazy prices for the pups and the KKC papers which sounds like a scam of sorts to me. i hope someone here has more information for you and someone please correct me if i am wrong

This is where I got Teddi! The owner, Gina, is from Korea. She has 3 yorkies. She said people would always ask her where she got her dogs because everyone liked them. She said her mom and aunt raises them in Korea. She said they decided to start bringing them over to the states because she liked their teddy bear look better than a lot of the dogs she has seen over here. I got those KKC papers too but who really cares unless you are planning on breeding the dog. I knew I wasn't planning on breeding her since she is so small. I have AKC papers on my Standard Poodle but I never bred her either so didn't matter. I don't think her prices are outrageous. They are about the going rate here in LA (even lower than some other places I saw in Orange County that were between $2,500 and $3,500). The place where they keep the dogs is so nice and they were very friendly. I have recommended her to a lot of people. In fact I have called several times for them to send me more business cards because people are always asking me about where I got Teddi.

Wow...if Yorkie's were those prices here in LA I would have had one YEARS ago. Maybe for bigger ones they might be lower prices but I never found any little ones that were less than $2,000.
