I've never even seen step through harnesses! Cleveland is a "big dog" area, so there aren't a ton of options available for small dogs... I'm pretty lucky when I can find a good harness or shirt that fits him.... even our purses for him seem huge.
I order almost everything online. Where can I get a step through harness?
