I am Gina. I'm just going to go over in a few minutes there as a dog lover and talk to them face to face....I can't sit here and do nothing .... I need to go write them a note to take with me just in case they aren't home - which I think is the case - and THAT makes me even madder
....who leaves a dog outside while they're gone especially a small breed like a poodle ?
