I know....I'm horrified and they haven't even done anything bad yet. But - to me leaving a little dog outside in this heat is just cruel.

I had heard a new 'little bark' the other night and thought - oh shoot someone has a small dog and he wants in the house...but today -that poor baby has been out there almost all the time now......I hear the little barks. That's just LAZY and wrong ....I'm going to take photos but from what I see the dog looks nice and clean - just miserable and very very lonely. It's SO hot in the sun and their back door has no shelter at all.

I think I'm going to go personally and talk to them for starters. They know someone called on them in 2005 and maybe they'll do the right thing and let this poor dog inside where he/she belongs
