Do they have food and water and a little house for him/her to get away from the sun? Doesnt a dog have to have proper shelter to be able to get away from the elements. I would still call....perhaps with the last report that was filed and the dog they surrendered The Animal Cops will watch them more closely. Maybe keep a diary for a week of the conditions of the puppy and how often it gets food and water, or human companionship even.....if it gets to go inside at bedtime...things like that and then call when you have a small case against them. Or Or...you could grab them and tie them up to trees outside in 100 degree weather in fur coats with a bowl of water that gets dirty quickly and take the dog into your air conditioned home and come out occasionally pat them on the head and go back in...after a few days they should get the hint ya think? |
