Back in 2005 they had let their poor dog get in such bad shape his skin was RAW over 1/3 of his body - what I had thought was rust colors on him was BLOOD.....
The day I saw him (after Chanel alerted me to him huddled in the corner of his yard)
I had to climb my fence to actually see him and shot pictures from every angle to show how truly hurting he was & called the ASPCA immediately ...the photos got them out QUICK & they surrendered the dog.
NOW -
2 years later -- the same people have a very small beautiful white Poodle outside in the HOT HOUSTON sun and have left him/her out there all day.
I need ideas because if this poor dog is going to be left outside like this ...I need to do something...she's just out there crying and crying and it's breaking my heart. I'm so hoping this little dog is only visiting but what if they got another and are going to leave him or her out all summer ???
I know the laws but I also know I can't knowingly let a small dog suffer outside like that - it's already up to 100 degrees here in Houston and this just isn't right ...MAN I'm mad - I can't believe they'd even take on another dog after seeing what they did to their beautiful lab. Ideas ?? So far they aren't breaking the law and the dog looks well cared for.
