I don't think it is fare for anyone to make you feel that you did something wrong by posting. Stacy, as well as other breeders use this site to their advantage, so you have every right to post your experiences with her or any other breeder.
Stacy may have issues in her personal life, but those issue don't excuse and they actually have NOTHING to do with "BUSINESS". B/c that's what this all comes down to...

Very well said....I always liked Stacy as a person and can't say about her breeding program... but I have to think something is wrong for her to be ignoring this - at the same time - yes - this IS business and there is a good sum of money involved - if a buyer is promised papers & does their part to uphold the contract - they should receive them ...I do hope this gets resolved for the sake of both parties.
