Yes, Kimberley, I would say the vet killed the puppy. I have had two different vets deliver a pup with forceps..BUT was told how careful it must be done.
I kwpt telling my long time vet to just grab it and get it out..he said.."I have to be sure I have the forcep around the pup or all I will pull off is the sac and leave the puppy to drown"...I am so sorry. |
