I have hardwood in some areas, I use a little bleach (1/4c of the scented kind - the kids HATE lemon) in about 1/2 gal. of water to mop. It's real easy if you use one of those 'handy' mops with throw away pads, just fill the container with the mix and mop. No smells. And always ready for quick tinkle clean ups!
My kids think carpet is one big pee pad, let me know how your ebay idea works! hahahahaaa
