That's a very common scam and comes in many forms - people need to be very careful and never EVER Wire money to anyone and I repeat - anyone !! You can never recoup funds if scammed - (I don't mean you - just in general) There are never REAL Free dogs especially if the person says Pay Shipping only - it's all scams.
People should always pay with Credit Cards if possible so you have recourse in case something goes wrong. |
