Thank you I tried the ASPCA today and they said for that type of surgery they are not low cost. The ASPCA and Humane socieites will usually do spaying and neutering at very low costs but anything else is usually the same price. Thats what they explained to me today.
I called my vet today about it being hard and he still did not seem concerned. He said it would depend on what is protruding and he said it is rare that the intestines come through but that I should just get it fixed anyway. I guess I am just going to have to use my credit card and charge it....More debt for me
