Check the individual requirements of the airline you're going to travel. I found Petsmart has one that is supposedly airline approved, but it is 19" long, and the airline I'll be flying on in August has requirements not to exceed 17" long. So check and make sure. Also the requirements on the airline I'm flying on say it has to have at least 2 vented sides, so another one I bought I can't use. So I'm getting this one:
