I just think that a direct phone call could expedite matters more quickly.
My plan would be to call the Walmart store, ask for the FAX number for the manager, then ask to speak to the manager. Identify myself, the issue and the request, and then FAX a letter documenting the conversation with a FAX copy to Walmart Corporation. If they say they will do something I will document that. If they say they won't I will document that and let them know that their supervisors will know, the media will know, and the police will be further advised.

I need to talk to proud mommy first on the phone to get some additional info.
