My Yorkie also had severe Pancreatitis. She had the same symptoms and was very ill but after tests we got her well. Her numbers were normal range eventually and a careful diet, no overfeeding plus we gave her non-alcohol milk thistle drops. We had to take her to another vet, her regular one did all the correct tests but couldn't diagnose her. I had test results faxed to a friend's vet and he had her diagnosed before we arrived.
I am wishing Monkey a speedy recovery.
