Why the medium kennel? If you are going to crate train, then you need the smallest kennel you can find and even that may too big for a Yorkie puppy. If it is to keep him in while you are gone, then I recommend the play pen as well because a medium kennel will not be big enough.
When you are looking for the water bowl and food dish, look in the cat aisle. They will have smaller dishes that are more suitable for Yorkie puppies.
Is the breeder going to give you a blanket that the mother has been laying on? If not, take a blanket to the breeder a few days before you pick him up and ask the breeder to put it with the mother. This will put the mothers scent on the blanket and will make it easier for your puppy to adjust when you take him home.
And don't forget a book on owning a Yorkie and a small soft dog or cat bed.
