Something you might want to do is take a stuffed toy with you to the breeder's...one that is close to his mommy's size, and let his mommy play with it for a bit to get her scent on it. We did this, and it ended up being Jake's favorite stuffed toy. His breeder also gave him a blanket that he used there, which had mommy's scent on it. It's still his fav blanket, along with one of MY blankets which I use when I'm relaxing on the couch watching tv. I think he likes it because it has my scent on it.
