We were there in April-Stayed at Red Roof Inn-Seaworld-It was very nice. I don't recall any limit on dogs-no extra charge for dog & they said as long as they had fresh food & water we could leave him in the room. We had a great time & only left him in the room at night when we went out to eat. We went to The Muesem across from the Alamo & he was in my purse carrier-can't see him, no problems when I did take him out in the gift shop....The outside restaurants on the riverwalk never said anything either.
