Not so, we've had up to 4 yorkies in a room, the one thing is that as show people we do crate the dogs when we leave and hang the do not disturb sign on the door. Now mind you our crates are pretty large. This hotel is pretty use to it, since most of the dog show people stay there. There is a hotel across from the convention center, but a bit pricey.
This Red Roof Inn is not on the River Walk it's about about a mile or two from it.
