I may just be getting concerned for no reason, but..
Brea seems so much smaller and more frail somehow. I took her to the vet to have her weighed when I had Myla's rabies done. She had gained a tiny bit since her surgery but she still seems so little to me.
When she curls up in a ball on the couch to sleep she's just a little peanut lying there!
She is 8 - 1/2 months old and weighs like 3.7#'s. When I pick her up, it just seems like there isn't as much there. I think she has pretty much quit growing cause she hasn't changed much in the past couple months.
She had bloodwork done before her hip surgery and it all came back fine.
She's playing and wrestling and eating ok most of the time, not all the time. Sometimes I hand feed her to get her to eat. Her bm's are fine and she still loves treats.
I don't know... maybe it's just cause I'm not use to them that small? Myla (Maltese) is 4 months old today and weighs about an ounce or two more that Brea. Kaya is 5.6#'s and Tinka the tank is around 9#'s.
I don't even know what else to say.... I'm just uneasy and don't know what I would do without her if something happened - but I know you all feel that way about your babies.
