Don't know what to tell you about the feeding - usually you follow what the breeder says then gradually increase it. I would say it depends on how big he is and how active. I think I fed my girls twice a day as puppies then free-fed.....
and on the accidents - they have TINY bladders as puppies and can practically go every 1/2 hour - I'd get him on his pad or outside as often as once an hour if you're really serious about training....I remember my Chanel was trained in less than 2 weeks on a pad - Cheri took 11 months LOL
To make sure your pictures are not huge and resize them...This is one of the easiest program on the net to resize your pics....
