LuvMySissy, thank you. I'm really hoping for the best. I just can't wait for tomorrow to be over. She's also having a tooth extracted and microchip done. I wanted to get everything done in one whack.

RLC, great information. I did opt for the safety/care package which includes preop bloodwork to check her liver and kidneys and that does ease my mind somewhat. They recommend it highly at my vet's office. They said they like to have it done if nothing else as a baseline for any health issues that might arise later.

I work from home so I plan to keep her in my sight at all times. When I can't give her my undivided attention we decided we will keep her in the playpen she had as a little puppy.
