I found the listings...I agree the paintings are gorgeous! But she shouldn't be claiming them as original artworks, because PHOTOGRAPHS are considered original artworks and they COPIED a photo! If they insist on selling them, you should be legally allowed to request compensation as they are making a profit from YOUR original artwork.
