Tatiana11, this is in some cases true, but there are also many times that LS shows up in bigger yorkies, so you can't necessarily guide yourself by size. My yorkie is 11lbs, not undersized at all, and he has liver shunt/mvd. Also, a friend of mine has a yorkie that is 11lbs who also has a severe case of MVD, and that yorkie is not undersized either.
