I crate mine when I am not at home, for about that length of time. They are fine. I think 3-5 hours for a dog who can hold it that long is great. Just make sure she is tired when you leave and take her for a walk when you get home! |
She's almost 6 months, on the second she will be, and I think she can. I always walk her before and after. I've been thinking of keepin with the cage because when I'm in school, I don't want her getting hurt she's very curious about everything. I was wondering, do any of you keep your dogs in play pens? I saw a big one I thought would be good, but I don't know if they're safe for dogs.
