My poor odometer is going to get a run for its money this summer for sure. Have 4 shows coming up soon that are going to be long trips. But... I love it once I get there!
My hubby travels to KY once every year (he is a race car driver) and I had thought of tagging along if there's ever a show on his race weekend. I love to see new places and meet new folks. |
I love traveling to dog shows, not only in hopes of finishing my dog, but socializing with people that have your same interest. Showing is fun, but it's going to dinner afterward with everyone that was in the ring with you. Anyway, when I 1st started out I was told by my mentor you can't finish a dog in your backyard.
