I just read the article, and I couldn't believe those "monsters" could do something that cruel. My heart goes out to the owner, and that poor doggie... I sure hope they get some jail time and definitely psychiatric help because no normal human being could stomach to do something that horrendous. If they enjoyed doing that to an animal, who knows what they are capable of doing down the road.
