I'm not sure where to put this, but hopefully someone can help out.

They currently have a puppy (not sure of the breed because a friend told me about this) that is lethargic, green, runny goop coming out of it's eyes and nose, in their store. She contacted animal control and they said that it's normal for puppies to have that. The store owner shrugged her off and said that it had a complete vet check prior to coming to their store.

I just thought that maybe someone else was in the area and could help out with who to contact about this!
