You know...I wouldn't put it past him! We have some pretty "whacky" neighbors around here. Lived here for 32 years and I'm sad to say only a few are even nice enough to say a quick "hello" or "how are you?" to!
I didn't see the picture but the one neighbor did. I'm very interested now as to where exactly the bear was when he took the picture.
But I'm going to go with the best choice and say perhaps it was in his front yard and he couldn't see me walking up the road? I'm hoping that's it....
It's hard for me to explain how the houses are set here but try and picture two roads and inbetween the two roads are 2 lots...each one with a house. OMG....I'm horrible at describing things...hope you can picture it. There's probably 500 ft. between the roads with the 2 houses so like I said, I sure hope the bear was in the front of the house when he took the picture.
