i cannot comment on shampoos and conditioners but i can tell you what i did.

most of coco's matts were under her arms and the underneath. i had a ghost cut on her. this is where they shave the underpart of her keeping the skirt. looking at her you cannot even tell there is no hair underneath. it has worked like a charm. no matts no more!!!!!!! yea!!!!!!!
