Eury's puppy toys are wonderful for that as is my husband. But Eury herself is so attune to me. Recently I got a bit of food poisoning and was quite ill. After my husband left for work, I thought I would wake to find the house destroyed. Nope, what I found was a puppy sticking close to momma and sleeping with her.
In general though when I can't play with her for one reason or another I simply make sure she has her toys or my husband is around and she's a happy camper.
