And I still think you should rehome Tanner. From what you've told us I don't think you have the lifestyle OR the heart for a puppy. I'm sure someone on YT could give this baby a warm, loving home. Although you may provide food and shelter for him, he seems more of a nuisance to you than a joy. And puppies need a lot more than just food and shelter.
