Well if you don't have the time to take care of your dog, you have to spend money to have someone else take care of it for you. If you don't have time OR money...you shouldn't be getting a dog. What are you going to do when you have kids? You both need money so you work, but then you have to pay someone to take care of the kids (can't leave them in a cage for 20 hours!).
