My mom found a handyman a few months ago who can do the bigger stuff I don't dare take on. He is reasonable, reliable, and VERY honest. Sure makes all the difference in the world. Before that, we had nothing but trouble with people who would come to do jobs. (One "plumber" we called BERATED me for not getting the right parts for the bathroom sink -- until I stood there and ASSEMBLED them for him!) |
oh i did put the 2nd plumber's card away and the electrician i got....they are keepers
