did they do the cpli test? as amylase and lipase not as accurate? Also, please make sure they do not give you i/d food as hospital said do not feed this food even though most vets recommend for pancreatitis. Let me know what medicine he comes home with? Dexter relapsed a few times and it became severe so be careful. Is there a specialty hospital for severe cases near you where they do 24 hour fluid care with no transportation? If it becomes severe which i hope not then i recommend a plasma transfusion as it saved dexters life. No more treats and lowfat food. Hopefully a mild case of pancreatitis and not severe like dexter. It is extremely painful in the abdomin. Keep me posted as I am very familiar with this so i will help out - hoping the best
