check with vet about using famotidine (pepcid) this controls the stomach acids in their tummy - could be inflammatory bowel disease as bloating is part of it - sometimes if they eat too much kibble it bloats the stomach- I do the famo 30 minutes before eating 2 times a day when he has tummy probs - is there potato in diet? dexter doing good on purina ha and he had tummy problems like he could not get comfortable and belly distended and then vomitting as the small intestines could not digest the food - less vomitting than pancreatitis - no real test for ibd but a biopsy with a scope and i opted against it and doing ok with food |
