Wow! That's outragoeous!! I thought they wanted us to spay and neuter our pets?! That is insane! Now, I'm nervous. I was told if Tuck's other testicle didn't drop it would have to be even more invasive surgery than a regular neutering surgery! I'm going to have to call a loan shark!
