Just hang in there. It has only been 3 days and she has not had time to adjust to training yet. Make sure to take her to the pee pad after she eats and whe she wakes up and don't let her off until she goes. It is going to take some patience and time. Put her in the kennel when you can't watch her so she don't go in the floor. She is probably waking up at 5:30 to go potty. When Hannah was a baby I would let her out to potty and then take her back to bed with me. She would lay there and sleep with me until I got ready to get up. It does take time for you both to adjust. I think that everyone goes through what you are going through in the begining. I would suggest to you to take her outside to potty and try not to use pee pads if you are a clean freak, I wish that is what I had done.
