We got all 3 of our Yorkies chipped with 24. My vet said it was not the company that the chip is made by but the protection it gives the dog and you as the owner that is important. I was a little suprised that I can feel the chip on the shoulders right below the skin, but again the vet said that being able to feel the chip is normal. I feel that if I do lose one of my precious babies that I will have a good chance of getting him/her back with the chip. So go get your baby chipped....it does give you a little peace of mind! |
