I haven't had it done on a Yorkie yet, but my Mini Schnauzer had it done about a year ago. She had to have a couple pulled, too. She was just fine. No problems at all.
Well, except that they left her in the cage to poop and it was all over her feet... I was so mad. I never went back there again. I called and told them about it and they didn't seem to care or want to take responsibility for it.
