Glad to hear it's somewhat resolved. There is a lot more there that he is not willing to admit to but your not going to get answers.
Lulu is set to be dropped off for her spay on Wed night and I will ask about that tattoing. I dont' know anyone who has had their dog spayed/neutered that came back with a Tattoo.
I would spread the story locally so that vet would lose some business. He is very unethical and that is just wrong.
