Mine use the pee pads when it is raining, but I hope to have them 100% outside trained this summer. I am going to put a BIG beach umbrella off the patio and hopefully they will use it there, but it doesn't seem like I am going to have to use the umbrella since we have a only spinkles of rain in a month....send some of that rain to Kentucky....we are drying up here...
