Default Help finding a collar!!!

In Pennyslvania it is illegal not to have the dog tags on at all times, but I don't listen to it. However, we have had no luck with collars whatsoever. Vinnie is 4lbs. and very, and I stress VERY skinny! We got a completely adjustable x-small one, that we ended up having to cut off him because within 5 minutes he worked it loose and got it stuck in his mouth and totally panicked! Of course Mommy was pretty scared to death too! That one also had the plastic, male/female end closure, not sure of the technical name. We also have another one that's completely adjustable, but he can take it off, and there is always too much end hanging off, but we can't cut it because it would just fray. I feel guilty too because he has 3 tags and they drive him crazy! We have the permanent license, the microchip tag and the rabies tag, it's a lot for the little guy!
