Muffin's (my avatar) ears never would stand. She still looked cute as a button to us. Here's Kacee below. I specifically requested the breeder not tape her ears. They may go up anyway. I'll take what I get. I just have a special love for those floppy ears. I never had any trouble in fourteen years with Muffin's ears. I just always made sure they were very clean and that I dried them well after a bath. That's important. If they have hair in the canal, it must be plucked to avoid any chance of bacteria collecting there. Muffin, for some reason, didn't have hair in the canal - just a little peach fuzz! Kacee does have hair there, so she gets plucked. :Puppy: I just love yorkies period. Ears up or down. They're all cute to me and so very precious!
