Help.......

I had my 14 month old toy yorkie spayed wednesday morning,she is in pain and they didnt sending nothing home for her pain.she just lays and sleeps ,i have to carry her out to piddle,she finally after 3 days had a very small hard stool,which hurt her.she has drank some water and ate very little last night and today,she looks sick in the face.will baby asprins hurt her.i dont know what to do ,vet isnt in,probably not till monday
