I received your responce from my lovely wife in the State today,that you are responsible man from Canada and ready to rent our house,thats nice and also as She inform you that,the full address and the rest of the document will be send to you via the Courier,so i need your absolute trust and mentainance of this property,do clean it all the time.
Moreso,I will want you to locate near by WESTERN UNION office in your location for sending the july and august month in advace payment,$900 and once this payment has been received,then a receipt will be issue to you for bonafide occupancy,it will be included the document that you will be received within 2 days of payment,so i will implore you to get it effect today.

I also told your wife that I will only be paying $450, not $900. I refuse to pay two months up-front. I have been through this with your wife.
I know where my nearest Western Union is & I have completed them form, it just needs to be signed and taken back to the office.
Why is there a different person accepting the money? Why isn't it you, Mr. Fotan Shola?
