He's on a missionary in trip in West Africa & just wants someone to get his lovely home clean, blah blah blah. His wife is in the US & he needs cash, yada yada yada.

Where is this apartment? Also, is it $450 inclusive or plus utilities? If utilities are not included in the $450, roughly how much are utilities per month for this particular apartment.
